Celtic Knot coloring activity

Here are some Celtic knots I touched up to use on a St. Patty's Day activity for school. I told the kids that we were celebrating Celtic culture more than we were celebrating St. Patrick. I played fiddle jigs and reels and sang "Wearing of the Green" while they colored. At the end of the class they presented the best of their efforts in a contest to (get this!) earn a homework sheet.  The homework sheet was a design to color for a grade-wide competition. The prize was a "nobbly wobbly" by HandsOn Toys. It is a ball of 6 knots.
