I "edited" several booklets for NES ARNOLD, can't remember all the titles. I finally got around to buying a set of pieces so that I could use these activities in school. Let me know if you want a visit.

The credit on the front says "Edited for North America By: Cathlene Brady" That means that I took the British content and wrote it in American. The English made their plans very loose, I wrote structured lesson plans and used NCTM standards and MSPAP task ideas. American teachers like lots of detail and directions - then, of course, they don't follow the directions. It's a thrill to see my name in commercial print.
